SAE KS BTP
These 3 are historically and recently the best groups. Great houses (minus SAE), great parties (minus Beta), and great pull (minus KS).
PKA TKE ATO
Best history and most relevant after above. Comparable solo parties to above (minus ATO), cool guys (minus TKE), and good houses (minus Pike).
SX Fiji PKP
Best combination of pull, parties and housing. Not to mention they get decent classes. PKP is EASILY and by far the weirdest of the 3. Fiji is by far the most boring of the 3. And SX is easily the dirtiest house and smallest group of the 3.

TKE isnt worth mentioning? They've been twice as active as SAE has and have got atleast 7-8 more guys this year. Clearly the new guys coming in see what im talking about too.

Great classes? You got 2 guys who were kicked out of 2 different groups pledge ship because they were beating or openly disrespecting females. How is that quality? You guys hand more bids than anyone at tech and still barely get top 5 or 6 in numbers. Also you dont mix well with sororities, ZTA is the only old row group that you mix with and thats because you throw parties for their freshmen girls constantly. Do less.
