#1 - SAE - no one even argues whether they are top and they are the only fraternity that is true for. Get good sized PC's and quality every year. All in state and wealthy guys every year. Best parties and pull at Tech and its not even close.
Top - PKA KS BTP - these are the only 3 fraternities that actually compete with SAE when it comes to throwing events solo, minus Beta who has the worst solo parties of the top 8 but makes up for it with the second best pull. Pike doesnt have even a decent house, unlike Beta and KS who have 2 amazing houses, but they make up for it with great parties and pull. KS is getting better pull but its still the worst of the 3, still they throw the best parties outside of SAE and probably have the best house.
Lower Top - SX ATO Fiji TKE-
ATO would be higher if they didnt get destroyed by suspension a few years back, but they did so they are here. They are the only other all in state group outside of SAE and the only group with as good of history. Parties and house are good but their PC numbers are small and their pull isnt great. SX has a good house and pull but their numbers are always the smallest or second smallest of top and their solo events are bad. Fiji has a great house and PC size but their guys are all weird AF because they blanket bid them. Their parties are also not good. TKE has a great house great PC size and great parties but their guys are weird from blanket bidding. Fiji and SX have a lot of try hards and TKE is just weird.

SAE has a bunch of rich legacies coming through too. Idk if id say they have as much old money/new money guys like Beta SX and ATO but they have a good alumni network too. They spend most of their cash on off campus events mixers and some joints they throw every year or bi yearly.

The way for a fraternity to raise more money is to target alumni and include alumni in activities/newsletter/etc. They aren't going to contribute to you if you don't keep in touch. Some fraternities do a better job of that than others. At Tech, all top fraternities have wealthy alumni. The trick is to keep them involved.

All 3 SX Fiji and Beta are try hards tbh. Its not such a bad thing, better than being lazy.
