I don't think that's the case. Maybe a few will struggle this year, but after this year is over what are they going to do in a fraternity like Fiji or Beta who never does anything, because they can't?

Sororities can’t do mixers this year so those relying on that are the ones falling off actually

Sororities can't do mixers which means they're only going to hang out with the fraternities they want to hang out with (aka pull rank)

SN OX PKP KA have good parties too. We're talking about rangers. Beta and Fiji haven't had a good rager in years.
