1. Sigma Chi, KA, FIJI, SAE
2. Phi Delt, ATO, LXA, Beta (used to be #1)
3. Sigma Nu, TKE

Sigma Chi and KA are the exact same thing. If you're into the whole southern thing, they're top tier. SAE sort of trails in their foot-steps.
As far as the other 6 you mentioned (not Beta, I'll get to them), they are all pretty much the exact same experience. FIJI tends to get a lot of self-promotion on this site but in reality they are nothing extraordinary.
Beta has the most socially adept juniors and seniors on campus but their freshmen are clearly notches below the other 6 mentioned. Because of that, it's kind of tricky to rank them.
