Ranking based off of where the best parties are...

SAE - old money SEC fraternity. They are old row and have a ton of sorority connects and parties. No competition for them at #1.
PKA - one of the biggest house party fraternities here, with great sorority relations, and bigger off campus events. Tons of new money guys here too.

KS - top 3 house, who are one of the biggest house party fraternities here. old row and have good off campus events.
TKE - a top 5 house, and another big house party fraternity. Probably the best tailgates at tech as well.
BTP - top 3 house, with great sorority relations. They don't have big house parties but have big off campus events. New money.

Fiji - a top 3 house with great sorority relations but rarely throw big on campus events. They have some of the best grades and student involvement.
ATO - old row, they have great sorority relations and have a good house. They used to be tied for #1 with SAE but have been working their way back since trouble.
SX - another very good house, great sorority relations and house parties. Also have good off campus events, they would be higher if they got bigger pledge classes.

Look, SAE is #1 and has been since the 80's, so it doesn't look like they're going anywhere anytime soon. No one comes close to what they bring to the table right now.
I put pike at 2 because like SAE they are easily the most well rounded. their numbers haven't been consistently great for awhile but they are easily the 2nd most popular spot here.
KS is #3 purely because they consistently throw really good parties and events, they also have been getting big numbers consistently. They aren't higher because they are still getting better sorority relations, which aren't bad at all. Once they get that they'll be another well rounded group.
TKE would be #3 if they had better relations than KS but they seem to be comparable to me. KS also happens to have a better house and more consistent #'s. Really it's a toss up.
Beta would be #3 if they threw better house parties but have great things going in everything else. Probably the only fraternity who can rival SAE's pull.
Fiji would be higher if they had better house parties and events. Really they just get the grades, live in a super nice house, and make sure their presence is felt at every student government, competition, or sport.
ATO is still moving up quick, decent house, great sorority relationships and are all around cool guys. Super under rated in my opinion, I think they'll make some moves this year and move up again.
SX is one of the cooler groups here who pull girls well, throw good events/parties, and have a good house too. If their numbers went up and they still had the same quality they'd move up fast.

This is a ranking of parties why would Beta be higher than what they are?? Honestly SX should be moved up if anything, maybe ATO, not Beta who barely throws anything.

SAE doesn't have that great of parties because their house isn't good or big enough, to have the amount or variety of people to make their parties better. That's why most of their joints are away from their house.

Move ATO and SAE to 5. SX has a great set up for parties even though it's not as big. I'd even put them above TKE honestly.

In all honesty SX and Pike are neck and neck, it's anyone call between the 2 when it comes to parties. KS is a close 3rd.

They would be eaten ALIVE in SEC greek life, as would any fraternity here 😂

It is important but it definitely shouldn't be the only reason you rush a fraternity.

Swap SAE and KS, KS’s parties have numbers but 50% of them are random geeds who don’t know anyone. Swap Beta and ATO, Beta “can’t throw parties” and their parties are still more fun than ATO’s. I can’t think of the last time I’ve been to a fun ATO party
