Go anywhere in these 8 and you will have a lot more pros than cons. Tech is blessed with these 8 RN.
OX SN PKP KA SigEp DX ChiPhi PDT
These 8 still have a pretty good time and have more pros than cons.
The rest
Everyone else has something to offer everyone here. Each group is unique in their own way. These groups happen to be slightly less social while offering Brotherhood and friendship.

(you could switch tke and beta)
KA SN PKP OX
DX PDT ChiPhi SigEp
The top 4 here are easily the most social of the rest of the groups (KA as soon as they're out of trouble) and each has good pull too.
I would Put SigEp or PDT higher if they were able to throw bigger/better house parties but nationals ruined that for both.

BTP SAE KS TKE Pike
All 5 of these fraternities could be top 4 here, really these are where most of the parties or big joints are most of the year. All have good pull and BTP KS and TKE have some beautiful spots.
Fiji SX ATO
ATO is still recovering which might take a minute, but are a great group. Same with SX and Fiji. SX has been shrinking for a long time, and their house isn't as great as it used to be but still pretty good. Fiji has an amazing house but some questionable guys and shrinking PCs as well.
SN KA OX
These 3 have a decent time, KA has some pull with sororities, SN's pool is great during the early fall spring and summer, OX has been getting bigger for a minute and have a good interior on their house.
