real guys ranks...

1.SAE- guys are chill and girls love them. They are calling now because they're getting super soft without pledging adequately, also a lot of frat stars slip through the cracks. Also house is average.

2.Pike- honestly you could put KS here too. They're both really solid groups who consistently recruit well, have nice houses, pull, and work a lot in the community.

3.KS- really cool guys mixed with some more introverted ones who are smart or do a lot in the community, and are arguably #1 with PKA and SAE.

4.TKE- another group that consistently recruits well, has a good house and great events. They have a little bit more introverted guys like KS but pull well.

5.Beta- Beta has the best house on campus with KS but unlike KS they can't use it at the moment. Still they get points for that, decent dudes with great pull and social lives despite lack of house parties.

6.Fiji- a lot of people would put SX here but I feel Fiji is the better option. Nicer house, more guys, great pull and decent events when they throw them. Fiji is criminally under rated here and I feel could move up fast.

7.SX- recruiting efforts are actually decent and their house is nice. They pull really well and the guys are all cool.

8.ATO- another really cool group. I put them below SX only because their house is average but ATO has some of the chilliest dudes on campus and I think they're another criminally under rated group here. Great pull.

9.PiKapp- they've stepped it up this year so good for them. Good house nice guys decent pull, not a bad group to look into.

10.ThetaChi- another good looking house with nice guys and decent pull. Good events, they've stepped it up over the years with solid recruiting as well.

11.SNu- their pool is legendary over the summer and spring semesters. They have a good time and are nice guys. Good pull.

12.PhiDelt- not a bad group at all, really nice group that has a good time.

13.KA- they can't do anything until summer but are chill guys.

14.SigEp- sort of a niche group now but they are social. Pull well surprisingly but are not a party oriented group.
