Top Tier: Sigma Chi and Fiji (and I guess Beta if you're willing to count them)
Lower Top: SAE, Lambda Chi, Sig Ep

Middle: Phi Delt, Theta Chi, Sigma Nu, Chi Phi, Theta Xi (if you count them)
Lower Middle: KA, Delta Chi, ATO, Teke (please drop creepy brothers), Pike (same)

but just because Fiji has a nice house doesn't mean they're top tier. a lot of those kids are just awkward. also, SigEp is definitely in the middle. plus give KA more credit

Beta is not top tier anymore. FIJI and Sigma Chi stand alone.

Beta is always top tier. They might have a bit of a rough time to start, but they'll be back to the old Beta in no time
