Also why isn't Beta as good as they used to be 2 years ago? Neither really throws parties anymore and they used to rage.

1.SAE: still dominate but had a bad pledging season. Also their parties are less popular so far.

2.KS: they're sort goofy dudes, like Beta, but unlike Beta they can use their house on their own. Doing a great job so far.

3.Fiji: they've got to be more consistent year to year with pledging. That's why I have them below KS even though they're pretty much identical, just as goofy.

4.Pike: they're shrinking bad, and could be the next SX if they don't pick up their efforts recruiting wise. Easily the best parties at Tech and pull the most though.

5.Beta:if they could use their house they'd be up there with KS and Fiji. The goofy group, has to have joints for now. Until they're off of probation.

6.ATO: They're the smaller version of Pike, they need to pick up recruitment as well because their guys are solid.

7.TKE: yeah their guys are some of the goofiest at Tech and nationally they aren't good but they have a decent set up at their house (seasonally) and have decent pull.

8.SX: their joints are sick and their house is sick but they can't recruit as well as the others. Their solo parties are good but the joints are what makes them great.

9.SNu: their joints have been great so far, and they have one of the better set ups here (also seasonal), but they need to do much better recruiting.

10.OX: they do a decent job throwing parties on their own but don't have the pull or consistence other groups have recruiting. Nice house.

11.PiKapp: they have a nice house and their parties on their own are decent but they don't have the pull or solid recruiting other groups have.

12.KA: it's too bad that trouble has them here, they were starting to trend up but haven't been relevant lately.

13.PhiDelt: if they could use their house more they'd shoot a lot higher. Also need to be more consistent recruiting and pulling but could be put over KA RN.

14.SigEp:without joints they can't and don't do very much but they are a good group. It's too bad Nationals has them way down from where they used to be.

15.DX: a really chill group that has some decent events and all.

16.ChiPhi: another really chill group that has one of the better parties of the year.

17.AEPi: they're trending way up with the new house, but they need to find a group to throw joints with to really get their name out there.

18.OXi: not a bad group at all but need to get their name out there more.

19.DU: great brotherhood decent smaller events. Not a lot of bad here.

Beta can’t use their house, true, but not sure what you mean about no alcohol in joints. What about SAE, ATO and BETA’s joint 2 weeks ago?

1.PKA- a little creepy, don't recruit well, but they have the best pull and parties at tech.
2.SAE- getting a sorority to rat on KA is hurting them this year.

4.KS/Fiji- debating who is better is dumb. They both have top 5 houses, both are weirdo's, both rage, both pull.

6.SX/ATO- SX has a better house, but needs joints. ATO is still good solo but is still recovering.

8.TKE/SNu- TKE has more (but weirder) guys due to blanket bidding, but SNu has a better house. Take your pick.
9.Beta- absolutely rely on joints for party relevancy now. House is useless but nice AF.
10.---
11.PKP/OX- both have good houses, both are pretty much identical. Good groups.
12.KA- the only thing keeping KA relevant was their name and joints. Now they're an average group without a decent house.
13.PhiDelt- also need to have joints now but are an average group with a nice house.
14.SigEp- no pledge ship or alcohol hurts, unless they have joints.
15.ChiPhi- they have one party that puts them in a good spot the whole year.
16.DX- average group of decent guys.

Add SX to the top row than it's right. If you have ATO idk why you don't have SX or tke up there.
