SAE KS BTP PKA Fiji

All of these fraternities have no problems pulling in big classes of decent guys(minus PKA and Fiji last fall) without blanket bidding(minus beta), have parties, are involved in philanthropy, etc.

Other 5 that can be considered top

OX TKE SX KA ATO

OX and TKE get decent sized PCs but for whatever reason their pull isn't on a level it should be and their parties don't getto be as big of deals as above. SX is shrinking and unless they throw joints they don't do much. Ditto KA. ATO is coming back strong sure but they still need to recover more before they return above.

Honorable mentions

SNu PKP PDT DX SigEp

SigEps rules, and PKP/SNu/PDT shrinking is what prevents them from moving up. DX is new to being this relevant so they just need more time to adjust. Especially now that lambda is gone.

Did someone just sit down one day and go “How many identical ranking posts can I make and claim each one is ‘unbiased’ and ‘not self ranked’?”

ks sx ato sae pka - ask any girl and these 5, plus maybe beta and fiji switching with one or two of these, will consistently be brought up a lot.

beta fiji tke ka ox pkp snu - girls come around to these functions a lot too and mention them almost as much if not as much as above.

sigep chiphi dx ... etc ... - all of these and those unmentioned bring a lot to the table when it comes to greek life and shouldn't be overlooked.

SAE ATO KS PKA KA - all go for the same type of guys, in state crowd or southerners are usually their first choice but they get some out of state guys a lot too and some minorities. All have a lot of history at tech and while KA has shrank, they're all very affluent in the Greek community.

BTP TKE OX SX Fiji - all go for whatever guys come their way, and don't really have a preference, minus SX and Fiji going for instate/southerners mostly. Most of these groups have a long history of affluence at tech as well, (Beta Fiji SX OX especially) so they are all deserving despite not having the strongest names in the south, minus maybe SX.

Honorable mentions

LXA - RIP

SigEp - gosh these dudes used to rage, they still have killer joints and socials but nationals has put an end to their legendary ragers and storied pledgeship.

PiKapp - it was hard for me not to put up phi delt, pi kapp, or SNu, but theyve all just been running par for the course lately. They have killer parties and a nice set up with their volleyball courts.

SNu - their house needs a revamp, I think if they did that they could have a return like KS did and really be dominant again.

PDT - decent house and guys are chill AF but theyve relaxed a little too much lately with their PR, because they have some really fun events.

ChiPhi - always have a few events a year everyone shows up to. Need better PR because they do a lot.

DX - dudes are chill even with the whole new age PC culture they be established. They always have relevant events and get a lot of guys to buy into what they do.

AEPi - dudes work hard and i think they are super under rated, especially with their new house. We will see I guess.

Personal exact order?

Top:
SAE > KS/PGD/ATO > PKA/BTP/TKE > SX/KA/OX

Mid:
SigEp/SNu/PKP/PDT > DX/ChiPhi > DU/DTD...etc.

Bottom:
Non Greeks.
