top fraternities

From my experience and from asking around, it seems to me that this is what most people that are actually part of the Greek community believe to be the top fraternities.
TKE SAE Beta KS Fiji Pike SX ATO KA
Most people looking to go fropping will usually go to these fraternities. The other frats are still good but have ways to go before they reach the consistency (rush numbers, brotherhood development, parties, alumni relations, etc) that these have.

If you're excluding beta you should probably exclude sx ka and ATO too.
