best house sorority edition

This is about the best HOUSE. Not the people in them. Just the property.

Top Tier: Alpha Gam

This is by far the prettiest house with its giant balconies and it does not have communal bathrooms. The only complaint I heard from AGD is that their chef is bad but I am not ranking chefs.

Upper Tier: Phi Mu ,Alpha Phi ,and most likely Theta

Phi Mu has that nice classic sorority architecture with some kinda cross eyed lions in the front ,but the decor is amazing.Alpha phi has that shiny new house that follows the KS look. I also put Theta in this category since on the picture of the construction site it looks like it will just be like the Alpha Phi house (made by the same company) but no idea on the inside.

Decent Tier: Alpha Xi and ZTA

ZTA with a great outside and nicely decorated inside ,but it is a LOT smaller than it seems ,but they have a big parking lot. Alpha Xi is hidden away compared to the rest of the houses but has that nice glass look that gives it a more modernish twist than the rest

Mid Tier : ADX ADpi

Even though ADX and Alpha Sig's house is basically the same it does fit a sorority much more than a fraternity especially the very small ADX chapter. ADPi is in this tier not for the outside but for the inside.

Bottom Tier: AXO
Sorry AXO , your house is just old and the inside doesn't look great. I almost put ADPi here ,but their inside is that nicer and fits their southern personality. I bet you will be next for a remodel.
