Everyone has their own opinion but usually most people have the same groups in or near the top. Trying to debate who is moving up or down or whatever is super tedious and petty. I figured I might say this before going into my personal opinion, so some of you don't feel obligated to go into the usually biased 3 paragraph rant on why you hate some groups more than others, etc.

The rest I forgot.
The honest truth about the top 6 is they have some combination of 3 or 4 things going for them, solid recruitment, a nice house, great parties, great fundraising for philanthropy, brotherhood, etc., and have had considerable success getting girls to events. ATO for whatever reason is recovering a lot faster than most of us anticipated. Whether it be their history as techs first fraternity or just solid recruitment effort, they look to be solid again. KA is small and their house isn't the best of the group but for their size they get a lot of girls and are always out supporting other fraternities. Their brotherhood is solid. Fiji hasn't been the best recruiting lately but are still mostly solid and their house is one of the top 3 at GT in my opinion, also very involved. KS recruits well and has a top 3 house, also very involved and their parties are getting much better but still a little lacking. SAE is good, they hype themselves up way too much. Pike probably will always have the meathead vibe that girls like and do a lot for philanthropy and throw down.
SX is shrinking and usually put all of their effort into one week out of the year. Still you can probably Put them in the above row. House is solid and the guys are solid. SN is solid and parties hard but their house is old. They pull well and have a close brotherhood. The same can be said for phi Delt but the house is a little bit better. TKE is making a comeback, but their house is just average. Their guys are a lot more solid than they were a few years ago and their parties and philanthropy efforts are picking up. Beta 's guys have the big try hard rep and maybe they could be more selective but their connects with other fraternities helps their pull. They are over all a solid group and have one of the 3 best houses at tech. OX is another solid group and is starting to focus more on quality which is great. Their parties and brotherhood is picking up but need to make sure they stay out of trouble.
Lambda is recovering but not as solid as other recovery efforts. Sig Ep will be substance free which hurts but would be in the row above without the policy in effect. DX is solid and probably could go in the row above. Pi kapp has one of the best 4 or 5 houses here with a lot of solid guys, their pull and parties are picking up. Chi Phi is solid as well, always have one or two parties that most of tech comes out for. Very close and involved group as well.
The entire next row is full of very solid and often overlooked groups. I think all have potential to make moves up for one reason or another but for now remain in this area.
The rest are all solid as well and worth anyone to look into.

They've been here maybe 5 years and have done nothing but blanket bid a bunch of soft dudes who don't want a tough pledgeship and maybe they have a pretty nice house too but putting them over pi kapp, lambda, chi phi, Sig Ep and DX is so ridiculous. Their guys are better, they have better pull, in some cases their houses are just as nice and their parties are definitely better.

Beta ATO and TKE just blanket bid a bunch of random for the sake of having numbers. I would move all of them down a row.
Yeah Sig Ep has the no pledgeship rule, and now the alcohol ban, but they really do recruit well and overall have a really good time.
Phi Delt and pi kapp are both super under rated here. I have no idea why people hate on them so much but they both should be higher.
