What was quota? What size PCs did every house get?

Why has quota gotten so much lower? I remember in 2015 it was like 62. Are less girls going through rush now or something?

Well, we added a sorority. Theta was brought on to make PC sizes smaller.

But it does seem like less girls went through recruitment this year. CPC needs to step up the advertisement before recruitment.
