ato and ka can't rush?

Not trying to start any sort of argument here, but word on the street is that ATO and KA currently can't have fall pledge classes. No idea as to why, but can anyone confirm/deny this?

idk any KAs or ATOs nor does my fraternity really keep up with campus gossip so i can't say. I'm not really sure if anyone will be able to tell you factually whether this is true or not on this site.
