Is Theta planning on building a house soon? Where at?
And is Alpha Phi ever going to build?

I'm not a Theta, but I can tell you that they are not going to be able to build for some years yet. They are too new and haven't even participated in formal rush yet so they will need time to get up to house total and be a sustainable chapter first to be able to build. Fundraising is hard enough and it's even harder when you don't have a chapter alumnae base. They will do fine here, but shouldn't be judged if they don't build immediately.

They're not "wrong" per say, that is indeed what will have to happen before they can start building. But it's also true that they have that area behind Phi sig to build when they're ready

@Yeah nice - Do you even know where money comes from to build a sorority house? Do you think that national house corporations just say "okay here ya go, here's a million dollars" to each chapter to build as soon as they colonize? That lot is reserved for them but @well is right - too much has to happen for them in the next five years or so.
