Zeta isn't 2nd. Haven't been 2nd for like 3 or 4 years. They're 4th. Phi Mu is level with ADPi.

If you actually think ADPi and Zeta are falling then you haven't seen their pledge classes (either that or you just don't recognize the girls' names because they dropped you so fast during rush). Like looking at them in a large group is blinding they're all so pretty. Lol my freshman roommate was an ADPi and her whole PC basically prefed Phi Mu...and picked ADPi, which is why phi mus pledge classes are always such a random clusterf. They try to get girls they can't have. Same with azd trying to get girls who are obviously zetas. Just stop and accept it already!
And seriously? The fact that phi mu and azd think that they're the best (hello the self rankers of this site) attest to how bad they actually are. EVERYONE KNOWS YOU HIDE HALF OF YOUR CHAPTERS DURING RUSH!
But my real point: if you actually think Alpha Gam is "going nowhere" you've got another thing coming. It's naive to say and you're in for a big surprise this year when you don't do as well at rush. The house is stellar and there's nothing better than TRUE sisterhood to appeal to PNMs. Alpha Gam also doesnt try and do the "cool" thing and get the girls with all the eyeliner, they look for real character and personality. SEE YOU AT RECRUITMENT.

Wow. Protesting a little too much? ADPi and Zeta are really just ehh. Not nearly as pretty as they are made out to be above. The problem with ADPi is that they're stuck up and boring and guys are just over it. All of their events are the same, and they're only here for their MRS degree and are almost all management majors. And the problem with Zeta is that they are nowhere near the sorority they were 4 years ago. They've fallen so fast and hard. They never come out of their house. It's just fact. And it's not so much about sororities "trying to get girls they just can't have", it's that times have changed and the houses the PNMs want have changed. That being said, all sororities on campus have something to offer. And ADPi and Zeta are the houses with the most ranks...
Further, Alpha Gam was the 2nd sorority on campus and have been around for 40 years. If you're still at the bottom, after all this time, that's never going to change. The new house is beautiful, and they seem to have a good sisterhood, but they can also be extremely rude, and they're still a stigma to joining the house that bids everyone and is so desperate for members they took a whole spring pledge class. To say that Alpha Gam is the only house with "TRUE" sisterhood, that's just false. Alpha Gam doesn't get girls who are also going to Zeta, ADPi, AZD, or Phi Mu. They get girls that no one else wanted, except for Alpha Phi. It's not a dig, it's just a fact.

My rankings would be:
1) ADPi / ZTA / Phi Mu

2) Alpha Xi - just not that pretty

3) AGD/ AXO/ APhi - woof!
The bottom 3 are all equally terrible but in different ways. AGDs tend to be sweet but are just so nerdy. AXO is a disaster... I feel bad for them. And APhi just gets all the leftovers.
