This is laughably bad and makes no sense. No way are Pike and OX that high, why is Lambda on there twice, and where is KA? This whole thing is a mess.

If this year's good rush makes ATO move up to top, then by that logic SX moves down to lower top for their bad one. As for KA, they are now solidly mid and everyone knows it - three years of bad rush with low numbers and iffy quality, this year included.
