Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) They might not be as good as their other chapters but I still feel like they are underrated at Tech.

idk why but they're pretty underrated. they throw fun parties and are really fun to hang with regardless of what you're doing. hilarious in general. super big on traditions and have a pretty good brotherhood. they're pretty diverse.
