Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Georgia Institute of Technology - GT 2.4 Everyone refers to Skullhouse as the definition of bottom tier at Tech. Odd guys but it seems like they're pretty close as a brotherhood. A bunch of guys from other frats will sometimes roll up to their parties as a joke which can be a good time bc they're decent hosts.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Georgia Institute of Technology - GT 4.2 I initially thought that Skull House was a weird frat until I actually talked to the brothers. Bunch of nice, and sometimes awkward group of guys. They are 3rd in GPA ranking or something right now (spring 2019).
