Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Institute of Technology - GT 1.7 I honestly feel very creeped out every time I step into this house. Guys seem uninterested in being friendly and just want to get inside your pants. It seems like it’s always snowing here. Guys get so drunk that they can’t even remember what they said to you a minute ago. Overall the worst time I’ve ever had going out. Avoid them at all costs.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Institute of Technology - GT 4.2 Pretty good fraternity. I'd say upper tier if not top tier but they have some crazy ragers and got chicks at their parties. I've heard only good things about them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Institute of Technology - GT 4.2 Had the highest gpa out of all the good frats. Ended up taking my bid elsewhere but they’re a good group of guys who know how to have fun
