Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Georgia Institute of Technology - GT 2.4 These guys may have a nice house and nice brothers, but they have a lot of brothers that were rejected from bigger fraternities. The chapter got rid of lambda chi and thats why everyone knows who they are. They won't be a top fraternity for many years just because of the reputation that they have created. The only reason that people know about their parties is because freshman have to pass their house to get to old row parties.
