agreed with w t f happened. with the exception of a few pretty girls, as is in every sorority, their new babies do not live up to the standard set by past pledge classes. they got a well known name on campus but their pledge classes are going downnnn

There are a lot of Phi Mus who are great girls. Their new pledge class certainly doesn't deserve all 1s, but they don't deserve all 5s either.

What do they do that's so "Southern"? They don't have an event to wear real tree camo or take trips to see NASCAR. If you can back up that claim with some evidence, you might be taken more seriously. (and saying that some of them hang out with KA isn't very convincing) I think that every sorority on campus probably seems somewhat Southern because this is a school in Georgia and many of the students are from Georgia and other states in the South. On top of that, the recent popularity of TFM/TSM has affected the greek organizations on Tech's campus. I'm sure that it's showing up in alpha phi too - so maybe that's what you're talking about?

I dont think you understand, alpha phi has been setting "goals" for themselves to be perceived as "more southern." this is a fact...that they are TRYING to be thought of as southern. yes i know we're all in the south but that doesnt mean we all have a mallard ball does it? also they have done many things to me but im not going to write them on a public internet site...just know that i have yet to meet a nice, genuine alpha phi but i will welcome the opportunity if it so arises...

Very different through rush than they really are. They are fun and nice but they seem very stuck up and materialistic as a whole. Granted, there are a few exceptions.
