Some of the older guys are really nice, classy guys, but they do have a lot of people who do nothing but drink all the time and need some direction in life. They still know how to throw a party though.

They try to dress fratty and stuff, I've never really had a great time when I've hung out there. Being nice to girls is one thing, but it doesn't hurt to try to flirt every now and then.

I passed by this house for the first time a few months ago. It's easy to see why Fraternities hate them and sororities love them. On any weekend, they're packed with girls at the house. Solid guys, most of which are pretty cool. Not half bad.
