Not to sound mean, but the only reason I go there is to pre-game for other fraternities parties. They're nice but I would never hang out there, most of them are creepy.

My friend made me stop by one weekend and they were really creepy, one guy actually followed us for awhile after we left and when we turned around to talk to him, he didn't say anything and just went back to their house.
