Top tier. Those that rip on them just didn't get in or didn't get asked to their parties and they are pissed. Ask any GT girl and they will tell you these are the best of what you can get at Tech.

Hated by most fraternities and shunned by some sororities because they aren't showered in drinks every time they visit, Beta is a top tier fraternity that was suspended in 2012, but are coming back this fall. The fact is that because they are a top tier fraternity, they get a lot of bad mouthing from their competition. Some of the guys are douches, but as an overall fraternity, you can't do much better.
