Walked by this house during last night of rush and the guys out front yelled "Hey, you a freshman? You want a bid?" i'm a 3rd year and a brother at another fraternity... GT Sigma Nu: encapsulating mediocrity

Definitely on the rise within the past 3 years I've been here... Still staying pretty nerdy, but they're pulling pretty hard now and their 3rd years and below know how to throw down. Give them 3 or 4 more years and they'll be top on campus. [Unfortunately], they've started competing at rush with SigEp, Sigma Chi, ATO, etc... making it harder on some of us to rush.

To the poster below, real nice backhanded compliment. Anyway, Alpha Xi has definitely become top tier. The only people (cough cough Zeta) who try to deny it is because they are afraid of the competition. They have plenty of pretty girls and got a good pledge class overall. Everyone thinks they are the most fun, even if it comes at the expense of classiness. Guys have a good time at Alpha Xi events without fail. They also consistently consistently win greek week and homecoming. Better and better.

Phi mu is definitely my favorite other sorority on campus. They are solidly top tier and have always been. They got the hands down best pledge class this year. They're pretty and popular and definitely classy, but they still know how to have a good time. There's no real stereotype for Phi Mu other than that tthey're the girl next door type. Definitely one of the most respected and well like sororities at Tech.

ADPi has a lot of pretty girls but their recent pledge class had a lot of randos that weren’t so pretty. They are very southern and can come off as snobbish. They do have rules to keep them classy, so, I do think they’re classy but it does detract from the fun. They are all management majors. Always hear about how ADPis never really like it past their 2nd year, but they are popular.

ZTA is very overrated! They're extremely mean and they are pretty much irrelevant. All they ever do is come on this site and bash other sororities so people still think they're top 2. They have been on the slide for several YEARS and are solidly 4th. They never come out of their house. Agree they are a legend in their own minds and so full of themselves.
