More than 3/4 of their chapter are females.... total goobers. If we established a 20 active member minimum per year, they would be kicked off.

Psi Upsilon - ΨΥ Fraternity at Georgia State University - GSU 1.0 You only see them two times during the semester. IFC recruitment and at run out. Not involved at all and really awk. Shouldn't be in the IFC at all.
