This sorority is honestly pretty good. Their sisterhood seems strong just from how many of them I see going out together. Their involvement with other organizations is better than most in Panhellenic if we are all gonna be real here. They have really well planned philanthropy events that are actually kind of fun. The problem with aoii here is that they just aren’t as popular or well known on campus as they need to be. But honestly that’s something that could be fixed with time.

Don’t believe anything on this page. Everyone in Greek here knows that these girls are bottom of the list, no matter how desperately they try to make it seem like they aren’t. Alpha xi has nothing going for them. They aren’t involved. They have a struggling sisterhood and chapter morale. If u want to be in a sorority to make true friends, be social, do philanthropy and be empowered don’t rush here.

I’m sure this will get drowned out by all the self ranks but zta needs to pull it together. They are falling back with their involvement, sisterhood and quality of girls they have. They are slipping and all these weird self ranks show it.

I went through recruitment this year & even though i didn't pick them, i can say they are some of the nicest girls i have ever met. The girls i talked to at recruitment still say hi to when ever they see me. One time my sorority and theirs were out at the same place. Another sorority had left some of their sisters who were extremely drunk. A group of alpha xi girls who didn't even know these girls took care of them & made sure they made it home safely. A true example of pan love. These women are extremely under rated. I would say they are one of the sororities that embodies sisterhood the most. Truly an under rated group of women.

Ive been around these girls while studying and they sat there bad mouthing/talking about their other sisters the entire time. they bad mouthed at least 4 different girls in the 30 mins i was sitting there, I had to get up & leave bc i couldnt listen to it anymore. Not a sorority i would want to be in.

These girls basically pulled themselves from the bottom tier last year & have continuously tried to better their sorority& theyve done a good job of it. I hung out with a bunch of them at a frat formal this past week & a great, fun, sincere group of girls.
