I do have to say, their brotherhood is really strong and they really know how to have fun without girls/large parties. The guys here are super nice. The houses are disgusting and infested with roaches/grime/mold/anyt hing. Only a few people that live there are willing to try and maintain a sanitary level of cleanliness. The few girls that come over are girlfriends of brothers and unfortunately the majority of the brothers don't know how to talk with girls.

They don’t have a single African American girl in their chapter… enough said. Although, I wouldn’t wanna be in a sorority that has earned the nickname “Sleezy Deezy” so I guess I dodged a bullet!

These guys are alright. There are a handful of top tier guys in here who really care about their craft and have ambitions. The rest... well? Seem average.
