Pike: I have seen them go down very fast. Rush guys from gmc because they can't get guys from GC. Most of what I head and see is negative. They even lost greek week. Most girls are skeptical of them because of their bad reputation but some girls like them. Parties aren't too crazy and haven't seen them do any philanthropy in the past 3 years.
Pi Kapp: I'm surprised by what I have seen. They have improved drastically but they still have to work on their reputation. Nice guys that are very different but surprisingly very close. They care about the quality of guys more than the quantity which is respectable. They're very active socially and do philanthropy but they need to have more presence on campus. It's their 30th anniversary which will help them this year. Girls like them because they're nice to them but some girls don't.
SAE: new which is why they're not at their best. Did surprisingly well last greek week and they have some really good guys but all the new ones are try had and want to act like KA. They do well with philanthropy and started very well socially. They need a couple of years for improvement and should care about quality more than quantity.
Any fraternity is going to have the girls, parties, and the whole deal so don't let that be your decision maker. Go where you feel like you'd feel home with people that you can call brothers. Stay open minded until bid day. Good luck for everyone.

This has got to be the most fair and accurate description of what to expect from each fraternity I've seen on this website, or anywhere for that matter. To anybody looking to rush this semester, this guy knows what he is talking about. Don't go any further into this website. You'll only find crap. People go on here to talk bad about other fraternities or talk about how great the one they belong to is in order to boost the reputation of the one they belong to. Remember to pick the one you feel fits you best, not what other people say fits you the best. Other than that, enjoy the rush period! It's an experience.

Pi Kapp: Good brotherhood...maybe, I just don't know. I just seriously don't see them. I know 2 of them. That's it. They do philanthropy, but need to do more to actually have a presence on campus. They keep saying they've changed, but their Rep is so low that im just not sure they can recover, especially with 2 new groups on campus in the last 3 years, which was when they began their recovery from getting kicked off. They had a faculty member on here rating them and their president, that needs to stop. No offense. I'm not doubting they have nice guys. but i just honestly don't see what they bring to Georgia College or Greek Life. They have to be more active. I know they've had troubles getting a good number of socials and i know for a fact girls, other than KD, would rather skip their socials. Prove me wrong Pi Kapp and become more proactive, But Delta Sig is really enjoying your old house...
Theta Chi: Nice Guys. Awkward and weird though. Great house. Good philanthropy, Lots of it. But they seem to have fallen off this year. I've heard a lot of grumblings about a big divide and a lot of MJ smoking have gotten them complacent. They can do great things, they just need to get back on the proactive side.
Just join where you fit, you should know. And if you're rushing with friends, you don't need to follow them. You're still gonna be friends. A little diversity and new people never hurt anyone.
