Phi Mu is a pretty good sorority. However, it seems like they’ve went a little downhill. They’re mostly nice amongst each other and kind of shun other sororities. They’re very involved athletically though!

Phi Mu used to be one the best around. Used to be fun. They definitely have athletic girls tho. They keep dominating Greek week but that’s about all

honestly phi mu has fallen off recently. There’s a few I adore but a lot of them are just unapproachable/not nice and kind of annoying Hope they get a better pledge class this year. Super athletic girls if you’re into Greek week stuff

This chapter is easily the best chapter on campus. always nice girls that say hey to you in the hallway, super active in campus (a lot of younglife leaders and GC miracle leaders) and athletic. They have won greek week 3 years in a row and pride themselves on it.

I’m a parent of a Phi Mu, so I have a different perspective than most reviewers. I’ve visited campus quite a bit over the past three years and gotten to know a lot of the Phi Mu’s at GCSU. I’ve been so impressed with the girls and the bond they share. I did not want my daughter involved in Greek life and thought it was a waste of money, but I’m so glad she convinced me otherwise. It truly is a sisterhood. These are lifelong friendships being formed. It’s not just about having a social life in college. It’s also taught my daughter about responsibility and how to be a leader. As far as some of the comments about Phi Mu’s not being nice or talking about others, Yik Yak clearly shows that girls from every sorority talk about every other sorority. I don’t think you can single out one sorority because it is something that happens with each of them. My advice to anyone reading these reviews is to meet with each sorority. See which one feels like home to you. Please don’t prejudge these girls off what is said in these reviews.
