ZBT gets crap nonstop but they're easily a top tier frat at brandeis. Good parties, all decent guys. There have been issues, but they were handled well.

100% top tier along with AEPi. Parties are always dope, but the brothers sometimes don't seem as tight, and tend to hang just with the brothers from their year.
