spring recruitment

some are still doing COB (continuous open bidding) that didn't meet quota for panhel. a lot of times girls graduate in December so it opens up spots in sororities that need to be filled in the spring in order to meet quota again. this doesn't mean that a house it bad or anything... it simply means that girls have left/graduated and they need to fill spots to meet quota. you'll hear more about it in the spring.
