recruitment

I'm transferring to GMU this spring & have always considered joining a sorority, however I'm curious is it more difficult to get a bid during spring recruitment? If so, what are my chances?

not all sororities do spring recruitment so your best chance of getting a bid will be in the fall. there are much smaller pledge classes in the spring. quota is set and that will determine how many and if a sorority will take a spring class.

It would seem easier to get a bid in the spring since there's less people, but they give less bids as well. So it's the same thing, bottom line, if they want you then you'll get one.
