AOII kicking out new pledge

Okay so apparently AOII kicked out one of their new pledges because from what I heard, she complained about her big as she thought her big wasn’t putting in effort or didn’t care. And I know she confided in girls from KD. But a friend from GPhi said she did nothing to deserve getting kicked out. But like what REALLY happened?
