Cons - catty, superficial, two faced
Zta pros - established, social, large, solid mid tier
Cons - sloppy at parties, not as involved

pros- popular, community involvement, very diverse, academic, good looking
cons- toxic groups (but thats in every srat), shuns low tier frats, new,
ZTA
pros- good looking, outgoing, fun, good with orgs other than frats, athletic
cons- declining, petty, superficial, messy
