From what I've heard the chapters themselves are not allowed to officially comment on the situation but I might be wrong

we CAN comment, but because who we drop and how we recruit is secret we can only speak very vaguely about it (and non-apologies usually only make people angrier, even tho that's all we can do in this situation)
