Actually I think zta and KD are still doing snap bids. One of my friends is currently going through it. I would ask a sister/ their recruitment chairs!

COB or Continuous open bidding is where a sorority will extend the time period to give out bids to a girl past recruitment. Usually they set up lunch dates where you can meet the sisters and then if they want they can give you a bid. Its usually to fill quota.
