Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at George Mason University - GMU 1.4 Very NF and creepy around women. They don't seem to respect the even the simple universal manners of the brocode. Also 3/4 of the fraternity looks like the took a shovel to the face or have the downs.
