Really have built themselves up over the past few years. When I first came to mason none in my sorority never hung out with them now we love them! I've also noticed a lot of other frats try to be like them and just hate on them

The reason i put bottom tier is because they are too douchey to get anything higher. Ok parties (if you like weak dancing and warm drinks). I know someone who pledged and he had a lot of negative things to say

All these guys are an awesome time. Their parties are by far the best. They are so nice and so welcoming when they have parties. I have never had a bad experience with any kappa sig. By far the top fraternity on campus. They have the most well rounded group of men.
