They are the classiest guys on campus no doubt. They do a lot of philanthropy and are a real great group of guys to mix with. Even though the party situation isn't great right now, they still know how to have fun. These bad ratings are definitely from other fraternities rating them, probably KS

This is a great group of guys, whenever I have gone to their parties I always have an incredible time! They make sure the girls feel safe, and they're getting a new house soon that I've heard is pretty close to campus so I cannot wait for more of their parties!

These guys were ranked at the bottom a month ago. Its obvious they self ranked and put bad ratings on other frats. Guess thats what you have to do to make yourself feel good.

D Chi's are sketchy guys who only pledge for a few weeks. Last semester they had 3 pledge classes.. They're trying to be biggest on campus but not doing it either honestly or well
