Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Bradley University - BU 4.4 Freshman here - I like these guys cause they’re like both nerdy and fun. I’ve only been a couple of times with some friends on weekends but I met some actually decent people and had just as much fun sitting on their couches with sober monitors as I did in the main party room. Not a totally ~wild~ party place, but definitely good for a safe night out

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Bradley University - BU 2.2 Most disgusting and run down physical house on campus. The party room floor is falling in and the whole thing is FILTHY. No pride taken by the members. Hate hanging out there for that reason and why they can't get decent recruitment.
