Overall a great group of guys, they often are described as extremely "fratty", but they are well a frat sooo that makes kinda sense. Plus they have an awesome amount of off-campuses and can throw some good parties! Along side the 3rd highest GPA of any house on campus and this a is a good chapter

They're the classiest fraternity on campus. The guys will always walk girls home: no matter their alcohol intake. Not to take advantage of them, just to keep them safe. Super sweet, genuine, hardworking men. They study hard and play hard.

Not worth time for most - however a good (best) option for those who don't want to join a house who owned by the Uni.

The reason they don't own their own house is because the building used to be a dorm like college hall.. Smh if that's the only reason why you dislike a house is because they don't own it you don't deserve to be recognized as a member of the greek life community. No where in your statement was there an intellectual thought or reason why you dislike the house. To be honest it sounds like you are salty you didn't get a bid from them since they're recognized by many sororities and students as the best house on campus.

I don't know a ton of delts, but I have never had a negative encounter with any of them. They're the one house I can walk into without feeling uncomfortable about not knowing a lot of people because they are always very inviting and friendly.

best chapter on campus no doubt. these guys are all extremely nice and they know how to party. there house parties are soo much better when you know people there so get to know some delts and youll thank me later. most respected guys on campus and the best parties youll find at bradley

I really enjoy being around delts. Their pledge class this year has some... interesting people but there are still good ones that came through too. Overall just really nice guys. It's a shame they can't have more parties in house.
