Most disgusting and run down physical house on campus. The party room floor is falling in and the whole thing is FILTHY. No pride taken by the members. Hate hanging out there for that reason and why they can't get decent recruitment.

Pi Phi is top tier. Kinda like thier national reputation, beautiful, fun, lots of 'quiet old money', don't give a $$$$ what people say or think about them, confident and some snobby, some friendly. All the Pi Phis I have seen at other schools are georgous, blonde and fun. Top tier nationally.
