Good house, genuine good guys. Fun times, party or not. Never run out of alcohol. Will remember you and will act like gentlemen. Can have a good time there if you know guys in the house or not.

Not always the best parties. Good looking. Total frat stars. If you know them, they're pretty cool. If you don't it can be kind of awkward, but it really depends on who you meet. Once you know them, really friendly.
