fraternities

I am an incoming freshman and just wondered what they were like. Are the rankings and descriptions here any good?

Can someone please speak about fraternities? What are considered the best ones? Which ones throw the best parties? Which ones are the most involved on campus? How often does each throw a party?

FU is not your typical SEC-esque school where greek life is all that matters. You get to rush an entire semester, so use that to get know the groups and find the one you fit in with best. There are only 6 groups on campus (SigNu, SigChi, KA, PiKapp, Beta, and TKE now), so you have time to get to know everyone. There is no "best" fraternity.

KA and Signu have the best parties and most often. SigChi throws alot of parties too but some of their guys are pretty wierd to be honest and they don't really have a party house. PiKapp is by far the most involved, probably followed up by beta for how many people they have. But all the fraternities have people involved.
