Do upperclassmen rush and how well do they do?

Yes they do - but pretty much only sophomores, and chances are you will get cut from most unless you have a solid group of friends in a one sorority that you want to be in. Rushing as a sophomore is tough but a lot of sororities take anywhere from 0 to 2 sophomores a year.
