why is kappa always bottom?

I always see them described as sweet and kind with no drama. Everywhere else they are top tier but here they are bottom. Why is that?

No sorority is top tier at every college. None.

they are the sorority on campus that is most themselves/different/quirky and I guess other people don't see that as cool
