fall rush 4 non-freshman?

Is there fall rush for non-freshman? I am a sophomore and didn't participate in the formal rush back in January...

Sort of because only some fraternities do it. I know ΚΑ and Sigma Chi won’t take fall classes anymore, and probably not with snu. Sorority wise, IdK probably a similar situation.
